About me:
My name is Allison Gomez, and I'm a 22 year-old college student. I am currently attending The University of the Incarnate Word to major in 3D Animation and Game Design! In the past, I have attended San Antonio College for my general education and to study art and design. I grew up loving cartoons and animation, and realized in high school that I wanted to do this a career. Invader ZIM is what really sparked my interest in wanting to be a cartoonist, while Pixar's Brave and LAIKA's ParaNorman were the driving forces in wanting to major in animation. Specifically, I aim to one day work at Walt Disney Animation or LAIKA as a character animator or concept artist.

Some of my favorite movies are Alice in Wonderland (1951), The Goonies, ParaNorman, Black Swan, Alien, Spirited Away, Paprika, The Evil Dead, Carrie, The Breakfast Club, etc.

Some of my favorite musicians are: Florence + The Machine, Fleetwood Mac, Pink Floyd, They Might Be Giants, David Bowie, Queen, Melanie Martinez,The White Stripes, Bjork, Kate Bush, Marina & the Diamonds, etc.
